I read the Wil Wheaton article, and I thought it was pretty interesting.
I'd heard about the guy getting stabbed in the eye with the pen, although I really don't know what it was all about! (comment reposted with better spelling! LOL!)
No worries :) Yeah, generally Wil Wheaton's blog is pretty good. Also, apparently the eye-stabbing thing was a slash ABOVE the eye, which is bad, but not as sensationalist...it gives geeks a bad name, though, to be sure.
